Ola ola all those who deign to watch me. Hope everyone survived Christmas with at least a shred of dignity still left? And whatsmore, that everyone took full and proper advantage of the mistletoe!

On a side note, I have had some pretty big enws recently. Penguin Publishing has bought the option to publish my manuscript. As such, I am pretty much thinking about my book all day everyday at the mo. And part of that is doing more renders of the characters to help me gain inspiration.

So here's the question I have. Is there anything specific anyone would like to see? Maybe group shots? Specific characters?

Please let me know!

Hey guys.

I just wanted to bring to your attention this amazinf RPG which is very near and dear to my heart.

As it stands I am a professional writer. But I sincerely believe I never would've been able to do all the things I have in my life if it hadn't been for the bug I caught writing for this.

mutanthigh81890.yuku.com/topic…

It's an X-Men based RP. But if you guys have the time/inclination, I really urge you guys to join.

Love much.

Moi.

Hey guys,

So I know we don't know each other all that well. But when I'm not trying to pretend I'm an artist, I'm ACTUALLY a writer. Currently working on my latest novel. And, here comes the twist, I actually have a Publisher who likes to do her worst GESTAPO reenactment every time she sends me a submission deadline.

Thing is, I have a pretty unusual process when it comes to writing my novels. I like to have friends of mine pre/proof read it for me as I finish the new chapters. That way, I can keep my finger on the pulse of what people are actually thinking, what they are wondering about and most importantly, what they did and didn't like at any given point in the story. And this process has served me well so far. Only problem is, I recently moved to a new country.

Supposrt system gone.

So now, I want to ask you guys - who I am assuming based on your involvement in this site amd the fact that if you're seeing this then you've added me to your DeviantWatch - if anyone is interested in helping me in this regard? I don't know you, and you don't know me. Which actually makes this a brilliant opportunity. You can be honest without caring about my feelings, and I get what I've always wanted. Genuine reader feedback.

I realize any interested parties would have to read the book from the beginning, but I'm willing to wait. I believe in this project too much to give up now. But I don't want to abandon the process that has helped me make the book what it is up until now!

***************

I see there are a few skeptics out there!  Now you've all seen the promo art I've been doing for the book. So here's a brief summary of the story.

The book is called Coven. And ideally, will be the first installment of a trilogy. The book is set in the genre of urban, supernatural horror. So anyone looking for high fantasy, this is not for you. The book is set in Modern day Los Angeles. I should also warn that while my book may be classified in the same category as the Dresden Files, it is quite a bit darker.

Okay then. Bare bones of the story. There are two main characters. A guy and a girl. The guy, his name is Diego.

If you have a body that needs getting rid of, a little blood that needs mopping or a poltergeist that needs expelling fro your house/wife's womb? He's who you call. As long as you don't mind him chain smoking all over the place. He's also a mage. Or more to the point, what's left of one AFTER he's survived the climax of his life. One night, he gets called in to do a cleanup job. Turns out to be a massacre. Eight deeply dead people who all shuffled off the coil in...shall we say...a less than natural fashion. Everything about the whole thing has him spooked. It points to some serious ritual work, rooted in ancient occult mysticism that he doesn't recognize. But he's been around the block enough times to know that all of this is a beginning, not an end.

Same time, we meet Missouri. Our second main character. She has only recently come to Los Angeles with her twin brother. A seer who's terrible visions have not only destroyed his personality, but left the twins with outstanding warrants for their arrest in two different states. Tough as leather, but as raw as an exposed nerve; Missouri will do whatever it takes to keep her brother safe. Even if it means working in a sex club, or using those powers ripping forth from her own mind. Only problem is....her brother's visions are getting worse.

Neither of Diego or Missouri know it, but their paths are on a collision course that will land them smack bang in the deep south superbowl of shitstorm the likes of which even the Bible was too scared to prophecy.

Interested? Let me know. I'll send you the first few chapters.

    Bonjour, ola and guttentag all.

So it's been a while since my last upload and I have been pondering what to do next?

After the success of the first series, I have been thinking of doing a second series of renders of my characters from my novel. However, I would like to make them more distanct from the first series. Possibly some wider angles, or even full body poses. Maybe do some scenes from the novel and more action type stuff.

However, there is also the posibility of some more BL yaoi art. At the moment I only have two out and out yaoi drawings, which also seem to have gone down well with the crowd.

So my question is this, what would you guys like to see more of? And also, is there anything specific you guys would like to see? I've had a couple of requests for a girl on girl piece, but I have to be honest; it's not really my bag and I wouldn't really even know where to start with something like that.

That's all. Just a simple request from a dude with some artist-block ha ha!

Ciao for now sportsfans. Seacrest out!

    Hey all,

So I just submitted my 100th Deviation aujourdhui and I must say (while this may not be a particularly grandiose milestone in the scheme of things) I feel pretty damned good about it.

I suppose I should start by thanking everyone who has ever taken the time to look at, critique, comment on and fave my work. It's a really great feeling when people appreciate something you've created.

Gosh when I look at th first stuff I posted a million years ago when I joined DeviantArt I can barely believe the development of my style. Even if I do say so myself.

Weirdly, this psychologically imprtant number of 100 deviations also coincides with me finishing all the renderings of the characters in my book. Guess I'll be moving on to doing scenes from the novel now or something.

So, that's it from me and my pointless ramblings.

Thanks all, and I hope you'll stick around for the next 100. Smile.
